£1,200 Consideration of how to hold title, Consideration, negotiation, and/or drafting of the purchase agreement or contract review or drafting of a contract, Attendance and correspondence with you, the sellers, seller's attorneys, your notary public, lenders, relevant real estate agents, home or termite inspectors, and property management agents, and review of closing documents (examination of the closing costs, the proposed deed, title commitment, and other closing documents).
